The image provides the necessary tools to initialize or join CAST AI-managed multi-cloud kubernetes cluster. It is based on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS with pre-installed packages for operating kubernetes.

Getting started after deploying Kubernetes 1.19

This image main purpose is to be used by CAST AI platform to provision managed multi-cloud kubernetes clusters.

However you can use it as a base image for bootstrapping your own kubernetes cluster.

Use ssh or connect with basic authorization to the droplet. Then use kubeadm to initialize or join existing cluster.

To connect to the created droplet run: ssh root@your_droplet_public_ipv4
