The Gluu Server is file system container that contains serveral components:
1- OAuth Authorization Server which can also act as an OpenID Provider or UMA Authorization Server
2- SAML Identity Provider, using the Shibboleth IDP
3- Passport-js, which you can configure as a federation broker to support social login (or login from an external SAML IDP)
4- Casa, an end-user portal so people can manage their MFA devices (FIDO, OTP, SMS, Super Gluu are supported out of the box)
5- oxd, OpenID Connect client middleware (required by Casa)
Once you install the image, you need to configure it to generate the keys, to set the hostname, and to select which components you want to install. You should follow the documenation on the Gluu Website, starting from Start the server and log in. These docs will walk you through running the setup script, after which, you should be able to login to the Gluu Server web admin console.
1- When you point your web browser at the Gluu Server, make sure you use the host name, not the ip address. If you don’t want to make a DNS entry, at least update your local hosts file on your workstation.
